Setelah kemarin saya share tentang membuat surat lamaran kerja dalam bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, kali ini saya kan kembali share tentang cara membuat surat lamaran kerja dalam bahasa Internsional yang sering digunakan yaitu bahasa Inggris. Ada beberapa perusahaan terutama perusahaan asing mensyaratkan penggunaan bahasa Inggris untuk melamar pekerjaan di perusahaan mereka mulai dari surat lamaran kerja, CV maupun interview.
Saya yakin anda semua sudah mahir dalam berbahasa Inggris namun dalam pembuatasn surat lamaran kerja berbahasa Inggris tidak hanya mengutamakan tata bahasa saja namun juga penyusunan surat, struktur surat dan tujuan utamanya hanya satu yaitu agar surat lamaran kerja yang kita buat bisa meyakinkan minat staf atau Kepala bagian personalia tertarik dan memperkerjakan anda sebagai karyawan mereka atau setidaknya tertarik dengan surat lamaran kerja anda dan memilih serta memanggil anda dalam proses selanjutnya yaitu wawancara kerja atau interview.
Surat lamaran kerja bisa ditulis tangan maupun diketik sesuai syarat dan kebijakan masing masing perusahaan, yang terpenting adalah surat lamaran kerja anda bisa menjelaskan secara singkat dan jelas maksud dan tujuan anda melamar pekerjaan tersebut, dan lewat surat lamaran kerja tersebut kita berusaha meyakinkan para petinggi perusahaan tersebut bahwa kita memang layak ditempatkan di posisi yang sedang ditawarkan. Dan apabila perusahaan yang dimaksud adalah perusahaan asing, maka tentu saja surat lamaran kerja yang dilayangkan haruslah berbahasa inggris.
